Nobel Prize Museum
The Nobel Prize Museum—formerly known as the Nobel Museum (Swedish: Nobelprismuseet)—is housed in the historic Stock Exchange Building (Börshuset). It stands on the northern side of Stortorget square in Gamla Stan, the old town in central Stockholm, Sweden. The building also accommodates the Swedish Academy and the Nobel Library.
The museum presents exhibitions about the Nobel Prize and its laureates, along with material on the prize’s founder, Alfred Nobel (1833–1896). Its permanent exhibition features numerous objects donated by Nobel laureates, displayed alongside stories from their personal lives.
