Battery Maritime Building

The Battery Maritime Building is situated at South Ferry, on the southern tip of Manhattan in New York City, specifically at 10 South Street near its intersection with Whitehall Street. This structure features an active ferry terminal on the ground floor, along with a hotel and event space on the upper levels. The ground level includes three ferry slips serving excursion trips and ferries to Governors Island, as well as commuter services to Port Liberté in Jersey City. The upper floors house the Cipriani South Street event venue, managed by Cipriani S.A., and a 47-room hotel known as Casa Cipriani.
